1. Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Certain categories of products such as undergarments, cosmetics, personal care items, and customized products are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Refunds
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our quality control team.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used during purchase.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
3. Replacements / Exchange
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a replacement or exchange.
Such requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Replacement is subject to product availability. If the replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
4. Shipping Costs
In cases of damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered, Discount More will bear the return shipping charges.
For returns due to personal reasons (such as change of mind, size/color preference), the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may still request a return after delivery under this policy.

1. रिटर्न (Returns)
ग्राहक प्रोडक्ट डिलीवरी के 7 दिनों के भीतर रिटर्न रिक्वेस्ट कर सकते हैं।
प्रोडक्ट उसी हालत (unused, unworn, undamaged) और ओरिजिनल पैकेजिंग के साथ होना चाहिए।
कुछ कैटेगरी जैसे अंडरगारमेंट्स, कॉस्मेटिक्स, पर्सनल केयर आइटम्स आदि रिटर्न/रिफंड के योग्य नहीं होंगी।
2. रिफंड (Refunds)
रिटर्न किया हुआ प्रोडक्ट मिलने और चेक होने के बाद ही रिफंड प्रोसेस होगा।
रिफंड उसी पेमेंट मेथड में किया जाएगा जिससे पेमेंट किया गया था।
रिफंड प्रोसेस में 5 से 7 कार्य दिवस लग सकते हैं।
3. रिप्लेसमेंट (Replacement/Exchange)
यदि आपको डैमेज्ड, डिफेक्टिव या गलत प्रोडक्ट मिला है, तो आप रिप्लेसमेंट का विकल्प चुन सकते हैं।
रिप्लेसमेंट रिक्वेस्ट डिलीवरी के 7 दिनों के भीतर करनी होगी।
4. शिपिंग कॉस्ट (Shipping Cost)
गलत या डैमेज्ड प्रोडक्ट की स्थिति में Discount More रिटर्न शिपिंग कॉस्ट वहन करेगा।
अगर ग्राहक अपनी पसंद से प्रोडक्ट रिटर्न कर रहा है (जैसे पसंद न आना, साइज इश्यू आदि), तो शिपिंग चार्ज लागू हो सकता है।
5. कैंसलेशन (Order Cancellation)
ऑर्डर केवल तभी कैंसल किया जा सकता है जब वह शिप नहीं हुआ हो।
शिप हो जाने के बाद ऑर्डर कैंसिल नहीं होगा, केवल रिटर्न/रिफंड पॉलिसी लागू होगी।
